Evidence Strategy

An integrated evidence strategy brings together cross-functional perspectives from Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial and Market Access, to ensure an asset is comprehensively supported by a strong evidence package for launch and throughout its lifecycle, across the relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Given the long time horizon as well as high cost for evidence generation, an early integrated plan avoids gaps and duplication of efforts, and can ensure clear strategic alignment across teams, functions, and geographies.

For a successful integrated evidence strategy, it is critical to have an aligned understanding of governance, prioritization criteria, and the long-term asset and disease-area strategies, including evidence requirements of external stakeholders. Additionally, access to and understanding of the existing data and ongoing studies is essential to identify gaps.

We help cross-functional teams to build their integrated evidence strategy, by critically evaluating the existing evidence base and gaps, as well as supporting teams to come to a joint perspective on future evidence requirements.
